THE DAILY SMOKE
Dry-rubbed with our signature 'Sweet Heat', smoked 6 hours over green hickory. Slab or half-slab.
Certified Angus, salt & pepper crust, 14-hour overnight smoke. Served with white bread and pickles.
Shoulder butt hand-pulled to order. Tossed in a light vinegar-base Alabama mop sauce.
House-made pork and beef blend, snap casing, heavy pepper finish.

Sweet Bonez started in a backyard off 15th Street with nothing but a rusted offset smoker and a family recipe for white sauce that dates back four generations.
We believe BBQ is the ultimate equalizer. In the pit, there are no shortcuts. You can't rush fire, and you certainly can't rush history. Every rack of ribs we serve carries the weight of Alabama's smoke-stained legacy.
