OUR GENESIS

The Valle de Santiago Story

Deep within the Mexican state of Guanajuato lies a geological marvel, the Valle de Santiago, home to seven prehistoric volcanic craters known as the Seven Luminarias. These natural apertures were believed by the Purépecha to be aligned with the stars.

Tacos 7 Luminarias was born from this mysticism. We translate the power of the volcanic hearth into the culinary arts, using traditional techniques that respect both the earth and the cosmos.

In Orem, we continue this legacy, honoring the ancestral spirits through every taco we serve and every guest we welcome into our orbit.
